Refund policy

You must not order or purchase wine from us:

  • if you are aged under 18;
  • for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use)

We will endeavour to ship your order (once payment has been made) to your nominated address
within 2-10 working days, depending on where in Australia it is being shipped to.

If the wine or nougat is damaged in transit, we will arrange collection of damaged items and replace
them at our cost.

If for some reason the wine / nougat is not available, we will notify you within two working days and,
where possible, offer you an alternative vintage or product. If you do not wish to purchase this
alternative we will refund your payment.

If you are not happy with our wine or nougat, please contact us within 7 days of receiving and we
will arrange for their collection and will either arrange replacement or provide a refund to the value
of the returned items, it’s your call.
